Isko's family supports whatever he wants to be, but because he's struggling to discover his dream, finding it becomes a dilemma for him. He was unsure about what he wanted to do with his life and was overwhelmed by the bullying until he ran into their neighbor again whom he had known when he was a kid, Maui Tejie Chavez, the school gang leader. He eagerly aspires to become a Doctor but lacks the financial means to fulfill his goal. He leaves in the morning for his grade-two-level class at the same school as Isko. Even though the class was dismissed at noon, he would return home at night exactly when Isko's class ended, so they always walked home together and the thugs who bullied Isko would stay away out of fear.

When they became close to each other, as they exchanged the tunnel visions they had... as the world hates them, Maui protects Isko's freedom and his dream. While Isko fulfills Maui's dream of becoming a Doctor as his counterpart, unfortunately, the two find themselves caught in a catastrophe when Isko accidentally kills a student who bullies him.
