This is a My Hero Academia Villain AU! I will start by stating the obvious. I own nothing from My Hero all credit to the rightful owners. I also don't own ANY of the art used. His black dye is washed out and the todoroki family is notified for the investigation of this case. After years, Shouto comes face to face with his oldest brother, Touya Todoroki.
