Disconnect is an amateur project I've undertaken to explore an experimental genre of art- "Hyonagogic Poetry"- a certain poetry-writing style focused on reflecting upon the subconscious aspect of reality. Although, I'm attempting to redefine the genre in my own colors in this short collection of thematic poems I've produced otherwise known as a Chapbook.

Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. ☁️ | wander through my thoughts. all my experiences, realizations, decisions, vibes...attempted to be placed into rhythmic tone as a summary of my life. I hope for this to become a place of comfort for anyone who needs it. Poetry is a beautiful way to put whatever's on one's mind into words, especially for someone like me who's not so great at expressing so upfront. I want this to a place where we can all find instances of clarity knowing we all think, feel, and experience the same, maybe not exactly the same but somewhat. COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. This story holds albums constructed by me. I'm currently finalizing all my poems in my story book, and publishing them here. I'm willing to publish all of them one day. I have been through a lot of heartbreak in my life. At only 14, I've erected well over 50 poems in only in interlude of only 2 months. From Mid- October to the last day of 2019. This time I was rejected. I was cheated on and dumped in middle school. I have 3 "Albums" of poetry so far. The first one I'm going to publish is called "The Emotional Monster". Album number 2 is "One day but not today", and the third one is "I promise there's someone who loves you, like me."Complete
