When you live on the streets and are always on the run, nothing seems possible. Casse has learned this the hard way: her life is broken and crumbling. Her mother is without work, and her brother, Faim, is very ill. But Casse has one thing going for her: she can sing.

Amare has it all: a recording contract, a steady income, a happy family. He's famous for his good looks and charming attitude. When he is prompted with the chance to sing with a poor street girl, in exchange for her family living with him for a while, he decides to take the opportunity--to increase his fame. Although Amare's manager insists that the two must not develop a romantic relationship, Casse and Amare begin to doubt that they can keep his orders. Casse's life is frail, and the two could either be a success, or Casse could lose everything...again.
