Scars & Soulmates (A PJO/HOO AU) (Currently on Hiatus)

I know it's over done but.... I love it! So here we are.

When you turn 15 you become linked with your soulmate (if you have one). You get all of their scars, scrapes and bruises but you don't feel the pain behind these. When you find your soulmate the marks fade but are still there. Not everyone has a soulmate and (though it's rare) not everyone starts on their 15 birthday.
