Death's Chosen

LONG SUMMARY

Every Wixen is blessed by Lady Hecate, or more commonly known as Mother Magic. But some Wixen are also blessed by other deities, for example seers are blessed by Lady Theia, The Greek Goddess of sight. Lord Aion, or Lord of Time, has placed his magic in items such as time turners, and the Greek Goddesses of Fate, Lady Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos, determine each humans fate or destiny.

It is said that someone who has been blessed by Death has the power of necromancy, but necromancy is only a part of the powers that Death has blessed people with. People who have been blessed by Death are known as 'The Guardians'. They're role is to protect the balance of life, as for Death to be able to do his job, his sister, Lady Phanes, Greek Goddess of Creation and life, must do her role first.

It is unheard of nowadays for someone to be blessed by a Deity, so when young Hadrian Jameson Potter was struck by the killing curse on All Hallows Eve 1981, Death took the ritual James and Lily performed into consideration, and blessed Hadrian, making him Death's Chosen. This gave Hadrian the abilities to wield Spiritual Magic, Necromancy, Blood Magic and Ancient Healing Magic.

Armed with special powers, intelligence, eidetic memory and eventually a snake familiar, Hadrian will grow up nothing like the wizarding world expected or wanted. Hadrian's goal is to restore the balance of Magic, and to fix the prejudice against Muggleborns. The only question is will he succeed?
