Fanfiction Story taking place in Tokyo, Japan 2001
A son of DIO, born from his Japanese mother, Junko Shibatsuki, who was with DIO during her time in Egypt: Kouhei Shibatsuki. He came across a strange arrow that had traveled to Japan. Despite being the son of DIO with Joestar blood, he was never born with a stand, just born with the Joestar birthmark. A strange arrowhead seemed to be lodged in the ground at the Kanda Myojin Shrine and pierced his hand as he was reaching for a coin he dropped, causing him to bleed a great deal or so was thought seeing the wound healed. Ever since then, his life began to turn around as he met others with strange abilities as he awakened his newfound powers.
