AVCCS S01E03: "Road Trip to Riches"

This is the Third Episode of my series, "A Very Crude Comedy Series" or AVCCS, starring four of my OCs, one being my self-insert persona, and the other three being friends I know/knew in real life. This is heavily inspired by SMG4.

For context, this is the very first Episode of AVCCS that has our four protagonists in the Real World, and Not in a video game world. So hypothetically if the scenario comes to it, the four can Actually Die in the real world.

After more police cars have been seen accompanying Chase's neighborhood, he feels the pressure build-up. For the past year or so, Chase has resorted to illegal activity such as arms and drug dealing in order to keep his head above the water financially, and hopefully get out of his gang violence-ridden neighborhood. After hiding his equipment and getting rid of all the stock he has, he acknowledges the existence of an abandoned mine, which was once used to extract valuable metals and gemstones, and he rounds up his best buddies on a road trip to prospect for said materials to sell said materials for money. Will they discover more than just metals and gemstones within the mine?

It started to happen just by the first glance. My Mom always told me I'll have to grow the hell up sometime, I guess this is growing up. I never wanted anyone more than I wanted her, when one night turned into two nights, then all the sudden we woke up tangled together I knew I was a goner. I needed her, I needed everything about her. Proving I was good enough for her was the only thing I was worried about. I have Daddy issues. Mine wasn't around much, I mean like he's around just didn't give a crap about my brother or me. I'm not close to my Mother either so I guess I have Mommy issues too. I'm just a big blob of issues, I don't do commitments because of this. I've worked my ass off in school to be where I'm at now, and I don't need a man to mess any of that up. I'm not a slut, I just know what I want, and a relationship is not that. Then I had one night with him, that one night changed my entire life, it quickly moved into two nights then we were basically together all the time. I walked away from the best thing that has ever happened to me. Maybe I'll find my way back when I'm not so scared to ruin his life. This story has a lot more bedroom scenes than the others just beware before hand! There is loss, and PTSD, and may have some triggers so here is your warning. Hope you enjoy! INTERSTELLAR NIGHTMARES VOL. I A group of dwarven men have signed up for the Deep Rock Galactic mining program. They aren't sure how bad it'll be. Did they give their lives away so quickly for the big, juicy price tag? Or have they made the right choice? None are sure, but this, regardless, will begin their story together. This decology of books with an included short story will focus on the character William Bronzegut, the designated Driller of the group of four. Will they manage to live long enough to see the light of day back home? An apology for the random aspect of the books: I do apologize, as the books seem to float in random directions compared to normal storybooks. This has two reasons. First, I am a mediocre writer. I've only written short stories before, and when I did attempt to write a story years ago on here, I never finished it. That book was called Mark of the Mafia, and it was an area I and my friends focused on years ago. I will try my best to improve throughout the series. Second, Deep Rock Galactic tends to be very randomized, as factors of the game are decided by RNGs. From something as simple as which of the three dreadnought types will come out of an egg to something more complex as when a loot box spawns, where it is in terms of map area, and what's inside it in terms of cosmetic loot. A lot of things are random in Deep Rock Galactic. Thus, they will tend to be here too. Again, I do apologize for the random stuff in this book so far. I hope it isn't too unengaging, and I do hope that it is a good series, or at least mediocre. I also will take constructive criticism as best I can, but sometimes I'm a little stupid and don't know how to exactly implement something. His life of deposit slips and checkbooks are turned upside down, now it's guns and bullets, knives and assassins. It's up to Rex to put an end to it, redeem his conscience, and just maybe he could get a second shot at love. But there's every possibility that a bullet is coming next.
