Here are all the things stopping Chaewon from having a peaceful life - two political rivals who occasionally make out in the back of her café, one bad girl determined to get on her nerves, her best friend hiding things, and her staff handling their complicated love lives, very, very badly. Or, politics, romance and kitchen disasters, dance circles around each other, in a queer café in Hongdae.

It's been five years since they broke up. Since she broke up with Chaewon, as Yunjin likes to remind herself on her more self-flagellating of days. Chaewon probably doesn't even think about her anymore, because that's what you do when someone breaks your heart; you forget about them, and you move on with your life. It's been five years since Chaewon, and there have been other people since. She's been on dates and had girlfriends and tried out the whole casual thing with Yuri for a while until she met Yena and put a stop to that. Yunjin doesn't delude herself into thinking that Chaewon won't have done the same. Chaewon will have moved on, will have rebuilt her life after Yunjin tore it down. Yunjin is hardly irreplaceable. She's nothing special. It's been five years, which is long enough that it shouldn't still hurt like this, and Yunjin shouldn't still feel so empty inside whenever she thinks about it. From the road, Chaewon could only make out their broadest features: a woman in a white tank top, her muscled shoulders tanned from the sun, an axe dangling casually in one hand. She had already placed a log in front of her, and as Chaewon watched she lifted the axe above her head and swung it downwards in a single fluid motion, the taut muscles of her arms working so perfectly with the axe they might have all been one. The log split easily into two, as though she were cutting through paper, and the woman picked up the two halves to place them into a neat stack nearby. "Ah," Chan said, catching the line of her gaze, "That's Yunjin. Your new neighbor. Don't mind her too much, she's a little... eccentric." Chaewon liked eccentric.
