Faded Into the Background

I watched as he hugged her and kissed her cheek, the tears clogging my throat but I refused to let them fall. How could he have forgotten about me? Sure, when he went on tour we had fought and we weren't on speaking terms; both of us being bull headed and stubborn. No matter what, though, I loved him. Though it looks like he easily replaced me, his arm now around the bottle blonde's shoulders as he laughed and talked with her. Here I was ready to forgive him but now I couldn't. I just faded into the background, wondering if he would ever remember me.

Dezi was with Brian before Avenged Sevenfold even had a name, she had loved him before they had even became a big band. She thought he loved her until they had a fight and he seemed to have forgotten about her. Now she was just another part of the background, as if she was nothing to him at all. What will she do to make him see that they were meant to be? In her mind he was her Prince, but he had crushed her heart. How far would she go?
