Sam's sister

What if Sam Uley had a sister who was also a werewolf and she imprinted on Carlisle Cullen? She is deaf in human form but in wolf form she can hear as well as a human can. How will this work out?
The story starts between New Moon and Eclipse. Esme DOES exist in this story.
