All across Natinal, all the four continents were sending twelve year old kids to their doom into the cave of the spirit dragon. Four at a time. That was the rule. Three were sacrificed and the other gets a counter-part that they can use in battle and turn into. Only four animals weren't aloud to be summoned. A wolf, an Owl, a Fox, and a Lion. Druceus the wolf, Ethereus the owl, Centareus the Fox, and Sahareus the Lion.

Alin didn't know what to expect when he was sent to the Cave of No Return. He certainly didn't expect to come out with Druceus the wolf as his counter-part, but that was what the Ravens is for. The Ravens is a brotherhood made up of the people who had summoned counter-parts. Little did he know, all four of the animals who had died the day those four were born, were unlocked back into the world.

There was a Spirit. A Spirit Wolf to be exact. She had fluffy white fur, and some parts as inside her ears, her paws, and her eyes glowed.This particular Spirit preferred to be alone. She did not like company. Only 2 years ago a raven wouldn't stop bothering her. Surprisingly, this bird became her beloved companion. He helps her with her job as a spirit-and distracts her at times. The Spirit Wolf's job is to bring life and to pass life. Bringing life is to help plants grow and to watch over all of the new mothers in spring. To pass life means to let a corpse sink into the ground and become one with earth itself. If the creature that passed had a good life, the Spirit would put them into the afterlife. If they died a very unfair death or was too young for their life to be over, she would help them reincarnate. She could not reincarnate a creature every time it was killed, though. It would only make them have infinite lives. The Spirit Wolf seemed unhappy when she did her job, but she enjoyed seeing the faces of pure happiness of the new mothers. To summarize her duty, she needs to keep the law of nature in order. Even though she despises humans, she helps them too.Complete

The wyverns and elves were practically extinct. Dragons were a rare sight. Only the humans survived to tell the tale of how they wiped out the evil monsters that tried to take their lands. Elementa, originally a lush and beautiful land, was now split into four different climates, equally harsh in their own way. But the humans prevailed in cultivating Elementa and chasing away any remaining magical creatures into her far corners. With the resistance of magical creatures no longer in their way, the humans continued their 'sport' of hunting the Drekablóð into extinction. Half a millennium later, the seeress Carmentha foresaw the return of the Drekablóð, and restoring Elementa to her prime and defeating the wicked and harsh rulership of Elementa. These four children have been destined to save Elementa before they were ever born. Can they overcome their difficulties and save Elementa?
