Julian Stubbs grew up in a small American city, as normal as any other child - until a tragic car crash at the age of six claimed his young life, and the life of his beloved little sister, Lena. But something went wrong. His transition to the other world was never completed, and it ejected Julian out back into the living world with a soul forever scarred from the claws of his death.

Now ten years later, desperate for relief but choked by his own arrogance, Julian lives his freakish half-life in isolate secrecy; wracked by hallucinations, his own body decomposing, and a strange woman who rips him from his home and casts him into the sights of an unexpected but wildly dangerous enemy - a sadistic group of ghosts known as the Organization for the Locating and Sidling of Half-Deads; the Dead Cattle for short, who aim to kill him because of what he is. And while his own mind is breaking, can he really trust that anybody is on his side?

59 parts Complete Mature

15 yr old Gwen's life takes a turn for the worst when her family is tragically killed in a car accident. Being the only one left, she moves to a strange town to live with her cousin and aunt unaware of the many dark and sinister secrets the small-town holds. Now armed with the supernatural ability to see ghosts, Gwen must take on the risks and challenges that come with being a seer. Evil is all around her, lurking in the shadows. Will she be able to save the souls of the innocent and the future of the ignorant? Even if such comes with a heavy price to pay... In short, I suck at descriptions. Just read the book if you like death and dark themes.
