I already have a DCMK x Pokémon fic, but I wanted to reverse it now. 
Instead of Conan and Kaito being dragged into the Pokémon world, it's the DCMK world, but Pokémon has always existed alongside them.
Though that story is only on my Ao3 account.

This is just for fun, as I craved to write something of Conan and Pokémon, but still need time to figure out the other fic.

In this world, ability users were prosecuted in society so they had to seal themselves in Yokohama city, allowing no one to enter or leave. While on the outside world, quirks had developed and the existence of ability users became forgotten with the rise of heroes and villains. The citizens of Yokohama are aware of what is going on in the outside world but think it's stupid to label someone as good or evil.
