When twelve year old Raven was caught running away from the capital into district 13 President Snow deems her two young to suffer for what her parents had done so instead they used her as a lab rat for the poisons and weapons that where going to be used in that years Hunger games. After three years of this horrendous abuse Effie Trinket came to the lab and said Raven had suffered enough and she would adopt her. It wasn't going to be easy to heal the broken mess of a fifteen year old ut she would try. As well as helping the tributes from district twelve.
