A story in which a girl has always been an side character, a character who is not paid attention to and has nothing interesting to do, but her perspective on life will change after some not so "normal" events. ______________ My story is based more on emotions and self, if what you are looking for is action like fights, explosions, blood or +18, it is not for you. At some point there will be a scene like that but as I said before, I will focus more on the emotions of my characters. This story is being published little by little, it will have an alternate schedule but it will not exceed more than two days. Feel free to read this girl's story! All rights reserved. It's my own story so please don't copy.

⎾ They say, "look on the bright side" and I have. But what happens when the bright side is the only thing I can see? What happens when I believe the dark side doesn't exist anymore? If I keep looking on the bright side, it's just a matter of time until the dark side takes that too. ⏌ From a young age, Zandria Racheal and her little brother Keith learned the word pain. Day after day they are abused by their unforgiving mother. With a father constantly away on business, Zandria has found it hard to tell family and friends about the monster living inside her mother. The fear of judgement, abandonment and change forces Zandria to keep the abuse a secret. To cope, she builds walls, high walls. When she steps out the front door or when she records a new video for her YouTube channel, Zandria feels she's no longer a victim of abuse, but the perfect sixteen-year-old everyone thinks she is. For years this tactic has been working, but what happens when she meets a certain brown-eyed boy that can see the pain behind her smile? Join Zandria as she learns that everyone has a dark side and the only way to defeat the darkness is to let the world shine its light. *Marked Mature for graphic description of violence*
