It's festival season in Inazuma, and Y/n makes a new friend. Her name was Yoimiya. Both Y/n and Yoimiya hang out before the festival date. The day before the festival, Tartaglia has to return to Liyue for work, but trusts Y/n to stay in Inazuma without causing a commotion.
