Sherlock knew John was hiding something , it wasn't a good idea, since hiding something from Sherlock was impossible, you might as well just tell him in his face!, surely John knows better than that, doesn't he?

In this story John finally realizes his feelings towards his flatmate, but he knows Sherlock finds sentiment a waste of time, and if he finds out he will leave, so the best option is to try ignore those feelings and hide them from Sherlock, the only problem?, well, Sherlock is a Detective, a pretty good one. So John has to do everything he can to avoid Sherlock from knowing, or Sherlock will leave, how will John do that?
