Fleeing his abusive parents and the organisation they worked for, Ishida Hayato, a 17-year-old high school student, finds himself alone on the streets.
He comes across a kind-hearted policewoman who takes him into her home.
He soon discovers that she too has had a troubled past ...

However, he soon falls back into the hands of the organisation and is forced to hide under the name of Hachirō.
