Serpent Secrets: The Secrets of the Cunning

All serpents have their secrets and Lyra Silverwood is no exception. Year six at Hogwarts is not what Lyra and Draco ever expected it to be. the two Slytherins never wanted such responsibility to be forced upon them at sixteen and neither of them wanted the Dark Mark either. Kill Dumbledore or be killed was the order and the pair knew that they had to succeed. Lyra was no fool and she knew what would become of the wizarding world once the order was carried out.

It was her love for Draco that made Lyra stay by his side but with war brewing on the horizon it is Lyra's love for Draco that allows certain secrets to slip through the shadows. One should no better than to underestimate the cunning of a cornered serpent especially one who will do anything for the one she loves.
