Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is based on a well received DS game of the same name(later released on ipad and iphone). I enjoyed the game so much, it's story, it's mystery, it's crazy characters, and it's humor. So as a challenge I wanted to see if I could turn it into a book. I am copying all the dialogue from the game with only minor changes if need be, the rest will be up to my writing on describing everything. It is not even close to being finished and will take a long time. I've only written the first chapter at the moment. So please take a look if you like. And all rights reserved to Capcom, I'm just in it to see how well I can write their extraordinary game as a book.

Unmasked

The Phantom of the Opera was the inspiration for countless novels and movies, but they've all been based on speculation. No telling of my story has yet to reveal the truth - and it's time the truth came out. Though rumors of a spirit haunting the infamous Paris Opera House were in full swing long before I moved in, I was never a ghost. Without my official autobiography, the assorted fables about the elusive - and dare I say exceptionally handsome, masked genius, are just fictional works. They all attempt to pass off their theories as fact and people choose to believe whatever version they like best. Some say my face was deformed at birth, others say it was burned by acid, and let's not forget the notion that it was the result of a pact with the Devil himself. But let me assure you, none of these so-called chronicles are the real story. The Opera was just one of many houses. So, what made me resort to playing the part of a phantom and hiding from the world behind a mask? Well, like the downfall of most men, it all started with a woman...
