Nights: Incipere

Book 1 of Dignitas Equestris Trilogy

"Meeting him was only the beginning."

Maria Ocampo Silvestre is a responsible and optimistic architect of Dela Israel's Architectural and Engineering Company Inc. (DIAEC). She is very dedicated to her work, and enjoys this despite the paperworks and projects that are given to her. Thanks to Maria's colleagues, especially to her friend, Catalina Rosarios, her work as an architect was bearable. Living in Manila, and far from her parents, Maria is also responsible for providing for her siblings, Manuelo and Melein. It was all not easy for her, especially with a rebellious sister.

One night, Maria meets a gentleman with the name of Mateo Carrado. With his amusing and cheerful attitude, the man caught her attention at once. They shared laughs each night in their favorite restaurant where they first encountered each other. But as those nights continue, Maria finds herself curious with Mateo. What she did not know is it would only lead her life into another beginning.

Nights pass by, Maria's sister, Melein, only becomes more rebellious than ever. Her newfound friend, Mateo, becomes an enigma. She receives calls from unknown numbers. She sees shadows following her from a distance. More unusual events await every night and day as her life begins to turn to a drastic change.

Join Maria as she ought to find out the reasons behind all these.
