Based off of the popular TV show "Dexter", this story takes place in an alternate universe where, instead of Dexter, Debra Morgan is the sibling with a dark secret.
Seeing her father die in front of her deeply affected Debra, giving her a desire for blood. To counter this, her adoptive father Harry Morgan taught her to direct this desire in another direction to fight crime, and bring justice to those who slipped through the cracks.
But how long can Debra keep up the act? One way or another, someone's gonna find out about her darkness, and when they do, everything will fall apart. It's up to her to decide if she wants to continue down this path, or leave it behind.

All she could do was stare at the drawing, knowing that no one could have drawn this except an adult. And she knew I did not talk to any adults- or did I? Now she couldn't be too sure.
