As a symbol and reminder of what once was, teenagers between the ages of 16 and 21 are randomly selected each year to showcase their abilities. The chosen ones are brought together in an arena where they are left to fend for themselves unless someone decides to sponsor them. The objective is simple: be the last one standing. I was close to dying if not from my sister. I went from bitches at school to my alcoholic, addict abusing mother.
