The Spectre and Alister McGee (TGAMM McCouncil AU)

The McCouncil is an AU made by @WindowsInUrMom on Twitter, aka ME~ The basis of the AU is "What if the Ghost Council, and the McGee's swapped?" In this fic, there will be chapters either based off the show, or just my own ideas.

Answers to common questions:

"What is the McCouncil AU?": The McCouncil AU is an AU of my creation, based on the idea on what would it be like if the Ghost Council was the McGee's, and if the McGee's were the Ghost Council.
I also swapped Geoff & Libby, and Jinx & Andrea, so there would be more variation, and to make the swap more poignant.

"Are the Ghost Council/McGee's the same as in the show or are they different?": The McGee's taking the role as the ghost council and vice versa are different from their normal counterparts. The McGee Council are not related, which was a deliberate choice. Since they're not family I imagine their trauma never really healed since they couldn't bounce joy off of each other. But in the case of the Ghost McGee's, they are related. So any potential trauma's healed/didn't occur (Alister is the clearest example of lack of trauma, Pete would be the clearest example of trauma-ed).

"Does the Chairman as Scratch, and vice versa, talk?": For this fic, ghost Chairman will, but in the technical workings of the AU I am not actually sure. On one hand you can't really have the same vibe from the Chairman if he did talk, but on the other it's a struggle to have a character that's basically mute take the place of a very talkative and vocal character. For Scratch, for the fic he will not, but in the workings of the AU he it is also unclear.
