Imagine a virtual world where you can live as who you want and escape the stress of the daily grind. Now imagine being a new student in a new school where no one knows you or cares to, that's where New Virtua comes in, New Virtua is a place for people to escape the stress and be who they want as opposed to who they are. Unfortunately there are people who lust for power they can't have in the real world and crave to find it elsewhere such as New Virtua City, or The Wasteland. These people ruin the fun for everyone else but no one is strong enough or brave enough to stand up for themselves against these hackers who threaten to end all they care about. But soon a group of brave unlikely heroes will step up for whats right and combat these villians and drive them back...hopefully.

This just keeps getting worse. How am I supposed to dodge past two of them? "What do you want now?" the new soldier grumbles. This one must be Alex. "Look at this cute little human I found. His Future: A Captain Canary Fanfic
So this is inspiration I got from watching an episode of the Flash. What if Leonard didn't die at all? What if, by destroying that Oculus, he was sent to another dimension? A place where he was trapped. An in between. A place where there was a choice he had to make if he wanted to be a hero, or divert back and stay a villain. His villain side and his hero side will take the form of people he knows, and there will be some doubts that he will have to overcome. Will he feel worthy of being a hero and have a chance at a real future with the one he loves? Or will his villain side seduce him so much that his self-worth will plummet? But she's not the only one, there are nine others supposed to be besides her; two of which never made it past their mother's womb and one who's incompatible. What makes them special, is also what makes them dangerous. Ripped from their normal, day-to-day,school life, family and friends with no warning, they find out who they are. And why they're alive. But fitting back into that normal life they missed so much is proving to be hard. Especially for Maya, who has a tendency to get herself in trouble and extraordinary situations ENTIRELY her fault. (She'd rather die than admit that of course) Old life brings the problem of boys, unwanted advances, homework, teachers and of course, a boyfriend with she had a rather uncharacteristic meet-up. Scott, Sed, Andy are her childhood friends all the way with her in this. Almost all the way. They didn't expect her to change or to come back at all and they are having a HARD time adjusting to the new Maya. She's dangerous, she's hot and she knows it. She has done a lot in the past two years that will catch up to her and stuff after that which refuses to stay hidden.
