Evanora is a young witch who lives in exile all by herself after her family was killed and she was banished from the Kassi kingdom, Until, one day, knights from her old kingdom come looking for her and even their new king joins to persuade her to come back and help with them with a certain plague that has infected his people, with the promise of cleaning her family name. Evanora accepts Rokan's offer and heads back to the place where all her nightmares came true. 
Will she be able to let go of the past and view this kingdom as a new one under the rule of this new young king?
 As she grapples with her painful past, Evanora is surprised to find her enemy, the person she least expected to help her, pulling her from the darkness but will she be able to face the challenges waiting for her once she discovers the plague was nothing but a facade to lure her out of her hide out.
