Sirens. Mythical beings who've known how to sing since birth, and use their voice to enchant sailors and bring them to their impending doom. For years, the sirens have hunted by pirates, and were sold off to be tortured, slaughtered, or enslaved. In an attempt to keep their kind safe, the siren's use their magic to hide their existence from the world. However, that magic could only last a few years till the spell wore off. Now, to protect their own they use their song to defend. And to kill... The humans grew to despise the sirens, and the demand for their head increased. In time, special groups of pirates band together to sail the seas just to hunt down or capture sirens.

Rejected by her own kind, Seraphina travels the land in search to find a place where she can call home. With her friend in tow, they come across a group of pirates. Holystone is the most well known group of pirates who hunt sirens, they reside in a tavern in the kingdom of Shallaton. Percy A. Sterling, known as the tyrant of the group. He never hesitates in using his sword to behead a siren in sight, but when he crosses paths with Seraphina, his morals seem to take a turn.
