The Omegaverse is known as A/B/O or Alpha/Beta/Omega. The Alpha, Beta, and Omega are secondary genders or dynamics applied to the characters. 

Alphas: they might be in elevated positions of power, whether their regular social standing or whether they're put into leadership positions. Alphas take on the role of protector for Omegas, and Alphas, regardless of biological sex, should impregnate their partners, depending on whether they can get pregnant.

Betas: make up the majority of the population. They are primarily regular people with no fancy additions, and because of this, they might be devalued in world-building because they are not unique. 

Omegas:  tend to be viewed as more vulnerable or submissive. They also tend to have less control over their bodies than Alphas and Betas. Moreover, they can typically get pregnant regardless of their biological sex or primary gender.All Rights Reserved

This is an Omegaverse Todoroki Shōto x Bakugō Katsuki yaoi fanfic. For those who are unaware, yaoi is a boy x boy story and this one will include sexual interactions & rape. (credit to the artist who drew the cover.) Omegaverse is a community built up by 3 types of humans; Alpha, Beta & Omega. That means: Omega: Both male and female Omegas are able to give birth as they possess uteruses and experience heat cycles lasting 3-8 days/month. They're all recieving pills called "heat suppressants" from the day they find out about being an Omega, which often happens during the first heat. Omegas are also obligated to wear a collar when going out to protect their nape from unwanted mating, in case they happen to be attacked. Omegas are able to get pregnant if they're having sex with a person who's not their soulmate, Alpha and Beta alike. It's very hard for an Alpha who's not the Omega's soulmate to impregnate them, but it's nearly impossible for a Beta to impregnate an Omega (especially male Omegas) as they've got no part in the soulbond and therefore they have no soulmates either. Male omega: can be impregnated & impregnate Female omega: can be impregnated Beta: Betas are pretty much normal human beings except for that they can slightly smell and react to the hormones of Omegas/Alphas. 88% of the world population contains Betas while 5% are Omegas and 7% Alphas.
