The death of the mysterious man, Tobias Hawthorne leaving his entire fortune in the hands of Juliette Rocier is an impossibility to her, her sisters, the public, and most certainly his family.

The will states that the sisters must live at Hawthorne house for an entire year, though it won't all be just fun and games. Many seem displeased by their presence, particularly Grayson, the heir and diligent rule-follower of the brothers. If his cold tone didn't give it away his distrustful and suspicious looks are clear as daylight. Yet somehow she keeps looking anyway.

The Hawthornes are proud, aware of their social superiority, anybody in their right mind would lay down their life for a Hawthorne boy. The family is conflicted by her arrival, she is a threat to their possessions. Danger follows them like a clinging aura but he attracts her like some sort of a magnet. She swore these boys would never control her, let's see how long that one lasts.

After reading the inheritance games I was obsessed, but there was one thing that never felt right... I was Team Grayson all the way. So instead of accepting the storyline how it was written, I decided to write (or at least start) a book in which Grayson finally gets his happy ending.
