Science Fiction novel about humanities questions about life in the galaxy being answered. The human race are constantly sending out probes and messages into space, finally we are heard!
The struggles are over, an alien race visits earth and shares its culture and technology in exchange for permission to setup an embassy of sorts on Earth. The United Earth Federation is born, and with it rivalries between countries are ended with the focus now being space exploration, taking those first steps in the galaxy. However, not just one alien race heard all the commotion coming from Earth, now several races are inhabiting Earth, some more pleasant than others and some with hidden agendas...
