❝ Oh my gosh, Tikki. ❞ ❝ You have no idea I much I missed you. ❞ Tikki and Plagg starts leading out another life as Tyler and Patrick. Unknown to each other's identities, they go to school, eat lunch, hangout like other teenagers do. But as Patrick reminds Tyler of Plagg and as Tyler reminds Patrick of Tikki, they start to think they might be more than friends. Tyler tried to stuff her emotions away in the corner of her heart and tried to focus on her duty as a Ladybug kwami . . . but the boy with emerald green eyes might just make her Plagg-sick. Patrick raises an eyebrow at the newbie and thinks she might be a little more than what she shows. And he just might be right . . . and he might take advantage of that. To those poor souls who do NOT know ML, I pity for you so I'll give you a quick summary: so there are two superheroes, Ladybug and Chat noir who save Paris from the evilized enemies of Hawk Moth. Ladybug and Chat noir are sorta in disguise so they don't know each other's identity. Marinette is a girl who is Ladybug under the mask. She has an uncontrollable affection towards the famous teen model, Adrien. Adrien, in the other hand, is Chat noir himself. While he was Chat noir, he fell in love with a dazzling beautiful girl named Ladybug. So, it's a mixed up four square relationship. Oh, who's Tikki and Plagg? Being superheroes is a privilege given by mysterious, magical creatures called Kwamis. Tikki is Ladybug's Kwami, supporting Marinette. And Plagg is Chat noir's Kwami, a Camembert cheese maniac. A Little Bit of Bad Luck
In this AU, Félix and Marinette's characters are based on the ones from the Miraculous anime PV that was never made (extra explanation of MCs in prologue). Additionally, there is a focus of side characters such as Gabriel, Nathalie, and Chloé (all these characters are based on the canon cartoon). This story takes place in the world of the cartoon but I have added some elements of the anime and my own spin on things. It's mostly plot and romance with occasional action. Excerpt below. **************** "Even if we experience a thousand different futures, I'd still probably fall in love with you, over and over again," he whispered, taking his last breath. His head felt heavy in her hands. Marinette inhaled sharply, feeling the pain in her chest. This can't be real. It can't. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Marinette stood away from the others on the hillside outside, staring at the crumbling building from afar. The air was thick with smoke and the atmosphere glowed orange. "You can't leave, Félix. I can't do this without you," she whispered as tears welled in her eyes. Alya and Nino hadn't come out of the building yet, and Marinette feared the worst. Tears began to spill out, streaming down her face. "I need to take your memories, Marinette," Time Capsule said. "Let's make sure none of the other versions of ourselves have to live through this future." Marinette nodded and let her extract her memories. Ephemeral Future Episode - Luka's Epiphany Pt 1
I wrote this fanfic from the synopsis of Ephemeral only, this was written before the episode was even out. Supposedly it is supposed to be a 'what if' episode. Involving somebody needing to know Cat Noirs identity, to control. So I think most Luka fans are asking the question, 'What if Luka told the truth in Wishmaker about knowing their identities? Marinette Dupain-Cheng is alone. Entirely, completely alone. After a freak incident that starts a fire, she was separated and unaccounted for when she escaped her imploding home. Her parents, stricken with grief at thinking they'd lost their daughter, left Paris two months ago, and no one knows where they went. Now her only hope is to survive alone, saving what little she earns to buy a expensive plane ticket to Shanghai to reach her parents again, a game of chance that could leave her efforts fruitless. With this terrible situation, she learns to adapt and survive on her own- that is, until Marinette meets Adrien Agreste. After saving him from an unexpected supervillain in the city, the young model offers his hand in friendship upon learning her situation.
