Essence was like her mother, from her mindreading and seer abilities to her home in the quiet of the rainforest. She was not like her father, the witty and outgoing Sandwing with a zigzag scar.
Not even her foresight could prepare her for the adventures she would take, the dangers she would face, and the dragons she would meet when she joined the famous Jade Mountain Academy with her best friend, the Silkwing Swellow.
Featuring many old and new favourites, this is a tale of prophecies, bravery, heroism, adventure, kicking ass, and more. This is the story of how Team Jade saved the world.
This fanfiction is made by u/Jack117-2 on Reddit and u/SandHanitizer44. He's the mastermind who creates the storyline and writes the chapters, and I'm the one who helps with that and edits. The chapters are uploaded onto Jack's Reddit account.
Please note that this story takes place 10 years after the third arc. Wings of Fire does not belong to us, only this fanfiction! Some OCs featured in this story belong to other people.

This book is a little outdated and will be getting a rewrite soon! ------------------ Fighting, dragons were always fighting in the Rainforest. Not physically, but verbally. The Rainforest Kingdom was being torn apart by its residents. The RainWing's and NightWing's. Queen Dandelion and King Palmtree are doing nothing to calm down their tribe, so, someone else has to. Lavender is an seven year old dragonet who belongs to both tribes. She's a hybrid, born from her RainWing mother and NightWing father. Her life is wonderful, at least in her family and small village close to the edge of the Rainforest. But, she's starting to notice the change within everyone, as if they know something is coming, something bad. Lavender wants to keep her kingdom safe, just like all dragons do, but she also wants to keep everyone connected and stop them from being torn apart. Will she be able to fix the ties that brought the RainWing's and NightWing's together? Or will they be split apart and she'll be stuck between torn sides. ------------------------ The Wings of Fire series is written by Tui T. And why does she keep having visions of nothing but pitch blackness? Did something happen to her niece? And what will happen when a bully Skywing keeps making her doubt that being a hybrid is somehow wrong? Will Spirit be able to recover her regular self or will she give up and become a doormat? And how will a secret admirer come into play? Especially when Spirit begins to get more visions of strange giant creatures deep within the ocean.
