Essence was like her mother, from her mindreading and seer abilities to her home in the quiet of the rainforest. She was not like her father, the witty and outgoing Sandwing with a zigzag scar. 

Not even her foresight could prepare her for the adventures she would take, the dangers she would face, and the dragons she would meet when she joined the famous Jade Mountain Academy with her best friend, the Silkwing Swellow. 

Featuring many old and new favourites, this is a tale of prophecies, bravery, heroism, adventure, kicking ass, and more. This is the story of how Team Jade saved the world. 

This fanfiction is made by u/Jack117-2 on Reddit and u/SandHanitizer44. He's the mastermind who creates the storyline and writes the chapters, and I'm the one who helps with that and edits. The chapters are uploaded onto Jack's Reddit account.

Starting in the Quartz Winglet in the year 5058 A.S., these students live average lives and as the series goes on, things develop and change, mentally and physically for them. I would consider this a Wings of Fire fanfiction, although it's a bit complicated as it's based off of real life. The dragons in this are all my classmates as their Wings of Fire OCs, (meaning some of the OCs aren't mine) or, if they don't know wings of fire and/or don't have an OC, just them as a WoF dragon. Since it's based off of real life, it doesn't have much of a plot, so be prepared for that. This is the first book in the Random Moments of JMA series, and things change as the series goes.
