Rosetta Blackmore has struggled throughout her existence to feel 'alive'.

The only time she really ever did, since being turned into a creature of the night, was with a young man that she did not even know the name of.

She revived him; gave him another chance at life, time to try again and again, then vanished never to be seen by him again.
