U.A: Minutemen

War. War never changes. On October 23rd of year 2077, the Sino-American war reached It's climax and the world's nuclear arms were brought to bear. Humanity was decimated, near extinction. What was left of human kind survived in makeshift shelters, custom bunkers or one of over a hundred vaults across North America. Large swaths of the earth became unlivable, but as the centuries past, the radiation began the clear and society collected in large cities fortified against the dangers of the post war world. Under the guidance of the Brotherhood of Steel, the world rediscovered many lost marvels. An unforeseen consequence of the fallout-the emergence of quirks, superpowers coming upon 80% of the population. This revolution allowed humanity the strength to fight back against the ghouls, super-mutants and other monsters of the wastes.

Finally fed up with dealing with him, Izuku Midoriya is abandoned by his mother and left to fend for himself. What little money he is able to make as a quirkless teen, he makes as a courier. He carries items from place to place, person to person, no questions asked.

One day, a lucrative job stakes a turn and he is nearly killed, his delivery stolen. Left for dead, bleeding out, He awakens his hidden quirk. On the verge of death he finally learns what makes him S.P.E.C.I.A.L

And thus begins a career at U.A academy, exploration of mysterious vaults and a war on a criminal syndicate known only as-The House. Izuku's war for justice will leave many people, guilty and innocent broken and dead. No different than any other war. Because war... war never changes.
