Sinister Ruins

Darkness has many meanings and different ways to overcome it. Like the most sinister demon or cunning human, light can purify anything as long as the one holding the light isn't corrupted.

Hazel Elfen is a part of the race called ruined souls. She is the daughter of a demonic father who is hungry for killing and a mother who is a pure goddess. Afraid that Hazel would become entirely corrupted like her father, Rose, Hazel's mother, rid Hazel of her own thoughts and brought her to earth. Now, not only was Hazel's right mind taken from her, but so was her mother. Being a ruined soul not only comes with the title, but it also comes with pain, suffering, and a huge background story.

Now, being put on Earth isn't the only struggle Hazel has to face, but she must find out who took her mother, and who she must fight to end all of her world's suffering. She must do all of this while hiding her identity from the humans and receive help from the protection of a sent friend from her overprotective father. Hazel will come across many obstacles and go to extreme lengths to change her sinister title and uncomfortable lifestyle. The events to come will be difficult and unexpected.
