Ulysses is a warrior who has taken the path of the ice like many before him.  His path will lead him to death and eternity in Vilhilad or toward destiny and greatness.  Either way his fate he embraces with resolution and with a deep set desire to make a path back; back to his family and his destiny.

But first he must face the nine divine challenges set forth by the Gods.  Only after he walks the full measure of the path of the ice, may he truly be a Vikaan Lord, and worthy of eternal life among the kings of old.

His tale is one of many of the legends of Argoss.
