SMG4 is an average high schooler....his life is perfect. Until Mario recommended a little pill called a "squip" that can make your life better, maybe bring him closer to his best friend, SMG3. What happens to him and his classmates once they find out about the Squip? Nothing good ever happens when you take a pill from the back of a shoe store and mysterious man in a black sweater.

One night however, his fear allows the nightmares to break through and he gets taken to a horrific dimension.
