When Jouno Saigiku first transferred to Tecchou's class, Tecchou didn't pay much attention. But when the Jouno began blandly talking to him and following him around he couldn't help feeling oddly suspicious knowing from experience people tended to socialise with him for their own advantage.
He then learns the reason behind Jouno's behaviour; to invite him to a gifted organization in the government labelled the Hunting Dogs. Only problem was, he didn't have a gift....or did he?
