Instead of Eren saving Mikasa on the fateful day he never came, the abductors took her down to the underground and sold her off to the highest bid which happened to be the nobel Sir Niholas Lobov, owner of one of the stairwells to the surface. The old man along with his wife take Mikasa into their welcoming arms, saving her from one cruel fate. However did they save her from the others?

Ria is now trying to fit the puzzle pieces together for her identity and the truth. Why was Ria living outside the walls? How could she befriend the titans? What was her past?
