     Told from the perspective of 16 year old Wendy Testaburger, life was progressing as normal, despite her undying, unreceprocated love for her on-and-off boyfriend, Stanley Marsh. Despite her settling for a horrible partner, Wendy was living life as normal; that was, at least, until she began coughing flowers into her sink. Slowly feeling her lungs being filled with them, until she found breathing to be increasingly more difficult over a span of three months.
