Another new town, another new life. After spending hundreds of years constantly on the move, Oonagh and her mother separate for the first time. Traveling to Mystic Falls, a town where they have connections, she decides to treat the time separated as a sabbatical, to enjoy the slow pace and the peace she is afforded.

But not all is peaceful in Mystic Falls. Instead of peace, Oonagh is met with the same type of grave danger she's been running from for years.
