Elly and Bella are high school's best friends. It all started when Bella and her Mom moved to Laoag City because of her father's working duty. As a girl growing up in Manila, Bella is adopting the new environment around her in the province just like adopting and making her understand the culture and the languages there. Luckily, there's Elly who's always there in a rescue to help Bella as he is a pure Ilocano raised and born in the Ilocos Norte.

But what will going to happen if Elly is not on her side anymore? Will Bella learn how to be independent in the province without Elly's presence? How will they go to manage the feeling of not missing each other as they pursue their individual goals and dreams in life?
