Anamaria Sparrow.

She is the younger sister, from another mother, of Jack Sparrow.

The infamous 'Captain' of the Black Pearl quickly took the girl under his wing after they met in an old bar in Tortuga Island from where Anamaria had been trying to escape for years to make her own future.

The young girl soon imitated her brother's attitude and characteristics as she became Jack's second mate managing to even bring another ship for her brother that they called: The Sea Serpent, due to Anamaria being seen with a large snake around her shoulders on the vessel the few times the ship was spotted.

The ship is usually kept in miniature inside a bottle the same as happened with the Black Pearl on the movie 'Stranger Tides'.

Anamaria was also the one in charge of keeping her brother out of more trouble than they were looking for even after the whole Davy Jones 'situation' when Joshamee Gibbs wasn't around.

The part from where we take the story from is during Calypso's freeing when Anamaria falls off the Black Pearl and into the dark waters.

Calypso takes pity on her, having warmed up to her in a rather strange way, and blessed her before sending her away.
