Adrian's screams rang out once again, cutting through the tension like a knife. The queen turned to face Alina who was frozen in place. The queen's eyes burning with hatred and malice whilst still holding Adrian up using a form of dark magic. Alina felt a shiver run down her spine as she locked gazes with the masked queen. At that moment, everything seemed to stand still as the queen regarded her with a deadly calm. And then, with a sudden movement, Adrian fell to the ground, his limp body was wracked with pain and draped in smoky black magic. "Why hello little lord." A malicious grin spread across the queen's face, stretching her lips into a twisted mockery of a smile. "It seems you have escaped."

But as she looked at him, something inside her snapped. An all-consuming rage bubbled up from within her, fueled by grief and sorrow at the sight before her. "Stop it," Alina screamed out.

"I'm sorry but I cannot," The Queen erupted into a demonic laugh, a sound that was both chilling and terrifying. It was as if she had lost all sense of reason and sanity, driven mad by the power and the darkness that flowed around her. She raised her hand as if she was going to capture Alina with her mana but Adrian grabbed the queen's arm in one swoop and shoved the queen to the ground.

Before either could speak Adrian yelled out, "Run!" His voice rose to a demonic scream as his eyes flared back to a fiery red. His tone a desperate plea to get away before it was too late.

"I won't leave you, Adrian." Tears streamed down Alina's face as she cried out in frustration and agony.
"If not for me, then for Eren. Save the orphans, save your friends, save the village! Run!"
___
Alina had awakened in a small broken down village. She was saved by two guards. When questioned about her past, the only thing she can remember was the name Alina Lazuli. She faces trials and adventures which she must surpass to help the village thrive, but to discover who her past is.

"Why are you all looking at me with such long faces?" I question slyly. Everyone looked at me with hate. He motions with his hand, soon more guards come piling in. Their guns were filled with wooden stacks, coated with sorrel and perilla. I roll my eyes. "How dumb have you become, dear? Don't you know a tribrid like me can't be killed?" I laugh shortly. "What is it you want, Octavia?" He questions, glaring at me, holding his glass of champagne tightly. I smile, "Sweetie, you know exactly why I'm here. I've come for what's mine, hand it over so I don't have to kick your ass in front of all these people." The crowds start laughing, along with him. His deep laugh echoed through the room. "What makes you think you can beat me? What can a little thing like you do?" I take a tray from the nearest waiter and grab the last glass of champagne, downing it. Sighing, I wipe my mouth, dropping the glass, allowing it to shatter on the ground. I hold the tray tightly, I throw it like a frisbee, slicing the head of a guard clean off. The tray sticks in the wall, while the head slowly falls off the tray. "Now?" I ask sweetly, feeling my eyes glow. "That good enough for you?" ↞⍥↠ Octavia Lycan has been searching for answers her entire life, well what she can remember of it. The one thing that she craves to have more than anything is memories. GLIMPSES (P.S. Contains spoilers, read at your own discretion) : As she drew closer to the door, she could clearly hear two men bickering "I swear if you lay a finger-" Deep breath. Elize repeated to herself as she pushed the door open. Two heads whipped towards her direction from the corridor to which the door opened. The conversation between them seemed to have died down with her presence. One of the two tall men stepped towards her. An animalistic growl emanated from his body. Elize narrowed her eyes and was about to say something when she noticed it. Those eyes. Those same blue eyes! ********* "Who's there?!" She asked aloud, unable to find anyone. 'You have the come at last.' The voice replied, a hint of joy in its tone. She gulped her saliva nervously. "Who- who's there?!" Elize stuttered. 'I am what is missing from you.' The voice replied, calmly. "Huh?" 'Since our time has not yet come to become one, why may I ask are you here?' The voice asked. "I uh.." She said absentmindedly. 'Let us seal our bond with a wish, that I may accept you as my master.' The voice spoke with much enthusiasm. ****** "Do you hate me Elize?" He asked, with a pout. Elize maintained her poker face. She was not going to fall for it no matter how cute he tried to act, she thought to herself. "No I don't sir. I don't even know you." She replied nonchalantly. "Ouch. That hurt." He said, clutching the place above his heart. Elize huffed, rolling her eyes. "Do you really have something to say or should I come back later?" She asked, folding her hands above her chest. "Would you come back to me later, on your own accord?" He teased, almost reaching her. "That's not what I-" The Kelpie's laughter cut her off. "You're so cute when you do that. It makes me want to bite you." He said licking his lips, his wet tongue gliding over his moist lips slowly, making a show of the process.

She looks up at me, taking a step forward and smiling slightly, "How can I ever get hurt when I have you here to protect me?" "But you could have gotten hurt," I murmur softly, hanging my head and feeling my shoulders drop, the tension seeping from my body. "No. Stop," She cuts me off sternly but tenderly, "Don't talk like that, Reece. I'm okay, you're okay, we're okay," She speaks softly, reaching her hand up to gently brush her thumb over my cheek, just under the cut that's there. "We're okay," I repeat, taking a small step closer to her. She nods with a small smile, moving her hand down from my cheek and instead placing the palm of her hand on my chest, right over my heart. I know she can feel how fast my heart is beating. I just don't know why it's doing that. ~ Reece Carter is the bad boy of Northwood High. He smokes and he fights. One of the most powerful man in the world. He was called Octavius. Cruel, coldblooded, and completely unobtainable. The Devil in a Brioni suit. The beautiful brute, Octavius, moody and controlling in every aspect. She had never met a man as brutal, and stormy as him, someone she couldn't help but sprout wild, random phrases to, and offer hugs. A man that always gets what and who he wants because that's how his life works. Until it doesn't. Until he stumbles into a five-feet angel with the sweetest smile, and adamant about being friends. - preview - "Has any man ever made you so crazy you thought you'd die if you didn't get his cock inside of you? If you couldn't feel his fingers digging into your thighs as he spread you open and devoured you whole? Have you ever come over and over, so hard and so many times you couldn't be sure where one ended and the other began?" His strong, veined hands gripped the backside of my bare thigh, tracing over my skin, itching higher and higher and I could feel a deep ache building inside my lower region. My mouth slacked, at a loss for words, all I could do was whimper softly under his possessive touches. "Answer me." Big, forceful hands caressed my chin, almost gripping my neck, only retracting as I let out a tiny breathless sigh. His dark deep amber eyes were on fire with a carnal sexuality that I had never seen before. "Use your words."

The story of Adrianna. Best to read in order as each book follows the story of a different woman but with characters crossing as well as following a specific timeline of events. *** My mind tries to come back to reality but the only thing that I'm able to think right now is that even through the little time that I have came to know her, I can see fucking red flashing light surrounding her that warns me of the danger that she is, but I'm not pretty sure if I will be following these warnings as I never met someone like her, and I know that my curiosity will take the best of me. She is confident and so damn attractive. She is solitary but also chatty and full of mischief. She is a foxy woman, flirty and perfectly beautiful. She is a fucking damn wild fox... *** "You think I'm a defenseless little woman?" She keeps telling me, her voice low while her face is getting closer and I automatically bend my head in her direction but no words making their way out of my mouth, still too stunt by current events. Then I feel her hands descending my torso, questioning myself when did she actually removed her elbow and became so close that I could feel her breath on me. "This is all your fault, you are the one driving me to do crazy things, Foxy." I tell her, wrapping my big hands around her tiny waist, unable to hold my frantic hands as I need it, her own touch burning me, and her simple presence has me eating on the palm of her hand. "Well you should stay away then, my love." She says to me with her tempting voice, while getting so much closer that I feel the heat of her body on mine, and I observe as she wraps both of her hands in my black curls and pulls slightly, the movement extracts a wolfy groan from me as I look into her eyes that are crazy with desire, surely the same as mine right now. *** This story contains sexual and abusive scenes, as well as mature subjects. 18+

Book cover art by: misticarts on tumblr ________ |PREVIEW| ------------- The Darkling raises his hand in a motion I know all too well. Behind him, a monster ten feet tall, made of shadow, forms in a menacing stance, ready to carry out his silent orders. I thought I had seen the last of his nichevo'ya a long time ago when we were on opposing sides of the war. I shake my head. "No. No, what are you doing? Wait!" I send the Cut barrelling at the monster. It dissociates into nothing only for another one to take its place. Again, I send the Cut through the abomination, but it was only a diversion. Another one forms behind me, capturing my arms to prevent me from summoning. It holds me above the ground. I kick and scream, but it covers my mouth with its long, slender arm, the other holding me securely to its chest. My breath is labored as I use all of my strength to fight it. It is futile. The Darkling approaches me, stroking his fingers across my cheek as a way to comfort me. It is hard, however, to comfort someone if you are the cause of the distress. "I will do anything in my power to protect you, my Dear Alina. Anything."
