El control interno es un pilar fundamental para asegurar la eficiencia, transparencia y responsabilidad en la gestión de las entidades públicas. Su objetivo principal es salvaguardar los recursos y activos, prevenir fraudes, malversaciones y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y políticas establecidas. Sin embargo, en la realidad, nos encontramos con la preocupante problemática de la inoperancia del control interno en muchas entidades estatales.

En el libro, exploraremos las causas y consecuencias de esta inoperancia, así como sus implicaciones en el funcionamiento de las instituciones públicas y en la confianza de los ciudadanos en sus gobiernos. En el transcurso del análisis, se identificarán los factores que contribuyen a esta situación, tales como la falta de recursos y capacitación, la interferencia política, una cultura organizacional deficiente y la escasa transparencia en el acceso a la información.


Asimismo, se discutirán las repercusiones de esta inoperancia del control interno, incluyendo casos de corrupción, mal uso de los fondos públicos, ineficiencia en la gestión de proyectos y programas, y la afectación de la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos a los ciudadanos. También se examinará cómo la pérdida de credibilidad en las entidades gubernamentales puede socavar la participación ciudadana y el desarrollo de la sociedad en su conjunto.All Rights Reserved
