Bridges, who can take things from their dreams into the real world. Illusionists, people who can enter and alter the dreams of others. And Tormenters, the creators of nightmares, and enemies of the Dreamers.
And then there's Reve, the first Composite in ten years.She has the powers of a Carrier, Bridge, and Illusionist. A mixture of a Dreamer and Tormenter, destined to become only one on her eighteenth birthday. Her dreams show which direction she's headed, and so far it looks like she's going to be a Dreamer. Then her dreams take a startling turn. They turn dark. They turn into nightmares.
She meets Ash, a mysterious boy in her dreams who doesn't know how he ended up there. He's not a Projection, a person created by Reve's dream, but he doesn't seem to be a real human either...
