Three 16 year old's. One witch. Two Vampires. A murderous Sheriff. One small town hiding something far more dangerous than all of them. Welcome to Mound Bayou.

Mound Bayou infamous Sheriff Grant wasn't too keen on asking three untrained supernatural 16-year-olds to help save their town. Despite their unique abilities, the young heroes didn't answer his request with a "Yes Sheriff, it's our duty!", like one would think. And how could they? The three were busy untangling the tight lipped secrets and lies they had been told all their lives; combined with the pressures of school, dating, friends and covert rivals, kept them pretty busy.
Shouldn't the Sheriff's 20+ years of experience fighting supernatural beings make him more than qualified in keeping the town safe? Most would agree with that statement, but this new enemy was different. This new opponent wasn't just faster or stronger, Sheriff Grant has been tangling with the best of the best since he was a rookie on the police force.
So, while our young heroes and the sheriff were busy battling it out with the Towns Torturer and his crew. Unbeknownst to them a new foe had been hiding in the shadows, studying the sheriff, the townsfolk, and any potential threats that could hinder a hostile takeover. Developing a meticulous and methodical plan to seize the town's best kept secret, The Bayou.

Across Two Worlds: The story of how I became a Hero
Have you ever wondered if you were meant to be something greater than what you ended up becoming but, life had other plans for you? Could it be something as simple as fate forcing us down whatever predetermined path was set upon our birth? No one can really say for sure what drives our lives in the direction they end up going. Sometimes we wake ourselves up to realize this isn't who I wanted to be and drown ourselves in delusions, convinced its unchangeable, or they are not willing to put the effort in to try to change their life because it may be to hard or painful. Others don't care content with the life they have and just float through life trying to not get caught up in everything. There are also those that blame fate or a higher existence then them for their problems and mistakes never truly taking accountability. This is the stories of several young adults, who by some interesting and what could be seen as cruel or traumatic events come together to fight fate and grow into the people they wish to become. Each has a past that was unfair, cruel, demeaning, or tragic. The defining trait they all share though, they may not realize it themselves is despite it all, they haven't given in. They found through meeting eachother the strength to fight on despite being subjected to some of the worst things that can happen to people. When a young man from our world dies doing something his ideal self would have done, he reflects on his life moments before leaving this world. Finding it Ironic that dying was the catalyst to him realizing he had lived his life all wrong. Surprisingly though he found himself in a place that was unrecognizable. He could never have imagined that this was only the start of what he now sees as a second chance. A chance to keep a promise he made to someone dear, and a new promise to himself that he would become what that person needed most back then, A Hero.

I tried to move back away from him but he tightened his hold and shove the gun farther down my throat causing me to make loud gurgling choking sounds, the taste of metal, fire and smoke spread into my taste buds causing me to gag, that's the same gun he had shot my father with. "Do you have trouble speaking? I'll help you talk my love, there must be something stuck in your throat?" He said shoving the gun deeper, by now the base of his pistol was pressed down against my lips as I choked loudly. I screamed and jumped in fright as he pulled the trigger. Nothing, No bullets were fired. The force of the gun shook my whole body. I gargled and shook my head no repeatedly, but he wasn't satisfied. he squeezed my throat and completely blocked my airway. By now I started panicking more as I could no longer breathe, what does he want me to say?? please just stop this. "I merry gyou" I somehow managed to gargle those words out hoping he hears them. My mouth tastes like metal and I could taste blood as well, the force of the gun being shoved down my throat scratched the inside of my mouth.Terminé

"WHY CAN'T YOU GET IT INSIDE YOUR HEAD?" He trapped my trembling body between his arms and slammed his fist into the wall. I flinch at the sound as I feel tears forming in my eyes.
