Maiabelle Pavlov, also know as the only survivor of the Red Room and HYDRA's Winter-Widow project, was there when S.H.I.E.L.D fell. Unfortunately for her, she was knocked unconscious by a piece of falling rubble.
When she woke up she was handcuffed to a hospital bed in the same room as Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson, two of her targets. But Maia fought every bone in her body and didn't kill them.
She allowed Sam to help her defect from everything she's ever known, even started trusting him.
