I feel a stare on the side of my face and I look over. He sits there looking at me as my wolf howls 'MATE' over and over again. She tells me to go over there, but I don't want to.

He walks over to me. "Hello, Mate," he says, smirking in approval as he checks me out.

"Leave me alone, Mate," I hiss out the world like it's poison. I don't want a mate.

"Come on, sweetheart, don't be like that," he says, trailing his knuckles down my cheek. As great as the tingles that erupted at the slightest touch feel, I jerked my head to the side, so he couldn't touch my face anymore.

"What's your name?" I ask sweetly.

"Alpha Camden of the Black Moon Pack," he smirks, knowing that I can't reject him since he's an Alpha.
